2024 Virtual Meeting

ABOUT THE MEETING

We are pleased to announce that the Collaborative Community on Ophthalmic Innovation (CCOI) held its fourth international meeting on January 18–19, 2024, a two-day virtual conference held over Zoom that is available on-demand.

Entitled “Expanding Datasets for Digitally Enhanced Management of Eye Diseases: Patient-Generated Data, Generative AI, 4D Imaging, and other Alternate Data Streams,” the meeting gathered experts from around the world and across academia, government institutions, patient groups, and the private sector to discuss the opportunities and challenges of utilizing various datasets in AI and ophthalmic imaging for the diagnosis and treatment of eye disease, with a special emphasis on issues of AI implementation in the real world.
